Teen & Tween Takeover Days

Spend ALL DAY at the Library! Join us for a day of back-to-back Teen & Tween programming! Register for one, two, or all the programs!

10:30am-11:30am Tote Bags for Library Drives
Decorate canvas totes to be donated to local pantries and soup kitchens, along with items from the Library’s various supplies drives. Earn 1 hour of community service credit upon completion of the program.
12:00-12:45pm Oreo and Potato Chip Taste Testing
Put on your food critic hat and taste test a wide variety of Oreos and Potato Chips! Rank them, and then submit your ballot. We will announce the winning flavors at the of the program.
1:30-2:15pm Button Making Workshop
Make pin-back buttons for your backpack, lanyard, or clothes. Create custom designs, or use stencils/coloring pages. Make as many as you want, take them home, share with friends!
3:00-4:00pm Custom Squishy Creation!
Do you love Squishies? Come make your own at the library! We will fill stress ball “skins” with a variety of items, including slime, mini creatures, glitter, and more. Dress for a mess.
